Click "List Your Items" or visit /become-supplier. Fill in your business name and a short bio. Approval is instant — you can start creating listings right away.
You can list physical event rentals (chairs, tables, tents, linens, décor, lighting, tableware, inflatables, audio/visual), catering and cooking services, photography and videography services, and event venues. If your category isn't listed, choose "Other".
You set your own price in Indian Rupees (₹). Physical items are priced per day. Photography and venue listings can be priced per hour or per day — you choose when creating the listing. Urbanbash does not take a commission or markup your price.
No. Listing on Urbanbash is free during the early access period. There are no upfront fees, no listing fees, and no commission on bookings at this stage.
New listings go through a quick review by our admin team before going live. If you're a verified supplier, your listings are approved automatically. Most listings are reviewed within 24 hours.
Verified suppliers have been reviewed by the Urbanbash team and their listings are approved automatically. To get verified, contact us after creating your first listings.
Renters browse your listings, select dates and quantity, and submit a booking request. You'll receive their contact and event details. You then confirm or decline the booking. No payment is charged until you confirm.
You receive the renter's full name, email, phone number, event type, delivery address, and any special requests. This gives you everything you need to coordinate the rental.
Yes — renters can indicate during booking whether they need on-site setup. You can factor delivery and setup costs into your listing price or coordinate separately with the renter.
Cancellation and refund policies are currently coordinated directly between you and the renter. Urbanbash does not process payments at this stage — contact us if you need mediation.
After signing in, go to your Dashboard → My Listings. From there you can view all listings, their status, and navigate to add new ones.
